We confirmed the cooperative relationship with Kemin, they are the only US-funded enterprise who is engaged in the Liposoluble Tea Polyphenols (LTP) research and developing work in China. LTP is a food antioxidant which can be widely used in various fields with its product advantages of no toxic, no side effects and no accumulation in human body. Compared with synthetic antioxidant, the safety performance of LTP is much higher, meanwhile, it makes up the use limitations of natural antioxidants. Now, we have begun the cooperations with two edible oil enterprises in Hunan-Jinhao and Yingcheng, to do the further experiments and evaluations for the oxidation resistance and stability of the LTP when be used in edible oil.
